Policies (2026) -I am strictly CASH only. I will still have an option for credit card transactions, but a $5 up charge will be applied along with the 3% processing fee charged by my booking app. 1. **Cancellations 48 Hours or Sooner Prior to Appointment:** - If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or sooner prior to your scheduled time you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. 2. **Cancellations 24 Hours or Sooner Prior to Appointment:** - If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or sooner prior to your scheduled time you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. 3. **No Call/No Shows:** - Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee and will no longer be able to book future appointments with me. 4. **Late Arrivals:** - Clients who exceed my 10-minute grace period will be considered a no call/no show and will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. 5. **Age Requirement** - I unfortunately do not offer any services to clients under the age of 16. 6.**Deposits** - Deposits are non refundable. 7. **Guests** - A guest above the age of 13 will be able to accompany you! Please let me know beforehand:)) I understand that emergencies happen, and I will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances!
